Friends of Worthington Cemetery is a Defiance nonprofit with a mission to tell the story of a lost community on Bowman Road S. of Defiance and Ayersville founded in the mid 19th century. It started schools, churches and cemeteries - now all lost to time and recently rediscovered by the Defiance Public Library's research of the Worthington Project. This event is raising funds to help preserve the cemetery and educate Defiance County about the historic 19th century Bowman Road community.
