Join us for a casual meet-and-greet with Timothy Iorio, MD, from our Comprehensive Bone & Joint Center, as he shares expert tips on hand care and common issues like arthritis or carpal tunnel. Dr. Iorio will lead a presentation titled "Let Me Lend You a Hand." He’ll answer questions, offer advice, and discuss treatment options to help you keep your hands healthy. Thriving Thursday is at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 14. Also featured will be a Community Spotlight with Marla Steele, Superintendent for Connersville Parks & Recreation. Thriving Thursday is supported by Reid Health Community Engagement. Sharrie Harlin, Manager of Community Engagement for Reid, hosts the events. Harlin started Medical Monday when she worked for the Minority Health Coalition and maintained it after joining Reid Health, eventually adding Thriving Thursday in Connersville. The events have loyal followings, averaging 40 to 50 guests each month to learn about various health issues, community programs, and health screenings. The event is free to attend.
