Join the Nook Powerlifting Meet on Saturday, July 12th! Athletes will attempt to lift the heaviest weight possible in three main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. ALL Fitness skill levels are encouraged to join, whether you've only lifted a few times or have been training for years! Test your strength in a comfortable, judge-free environment and prove that you're stronger than you think you are. Open to members AND non-members of Spooky Nook Fitness.
