The purpose of this rulemaking is to perform the 5-year rule review of the regulations that contain the requirements for the control of emissions of total reduced sulfur from Kraft Pulp Mills. Ohio EPA will hold an in-person hearing at the same time and date, and will be located at Ohio EPA, Suite 700, 50 W. Town Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
