Join us for Newport PetSmart Dog Adoption Events with animals from Cincinnati Animal CARE! Kick off your month by meeting an ever-changing crew of lovable pups at our Newport PetSmart adoption events. From playful puppies to wise seniors, every dog is ready for their forever home—same-day adoptions and foster-to-adopt (trial adoptions) available. When: First Sunday of every month, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Starts: Sunday, June 8, 2025 Where: Newport PetSmart, 156 Pavilion Pkwy, Newport, KY 41071 SAME-DAY ADOPTIONS: • Puppies (under 6 months): $200 • Dogs (6+ months): $75 • Plus a $19.75 county license fee for Hamilton County residents (bring valid ID). • All adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, and full medical and behavior records. Want to “try before you adopt”? You can also Foster-to-Adopt a dog over 6 months to see if they’re the right fit for your home! Some are brought by volunteers from the shelter, and others come from loving foster homes — all are ready to meet you!
