$1000 Karaoke Contest! First Prize is $1000, Second prize is $500, Third prize is $250. Begins Friday the 13th! Qualifier Dates: June 13, June 20, June 27, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8th Semi Finals: August 15th Final Contest: August 22 Each week, our judges will award points to the singers of their choice. 3 points for those who make it, an extra point for Best Male (if one is chosen) and an extra point for Best Female (if one is chosen) and 1 extra point for best overall singer that night. Contestants may win up to three qualifying rounds, to increase their points total. The semi Finals will take the singers with the highest point totals, and narrow the field for the final showdown on August 22nd. Weekly prizes may be awarded as well, in the form of free drinks, gift cards, bar tabs, etc.
