Diamond Bar Library

The Diamond Bar Library, a branch of the Los Angeles County Library system, offers a wide array of free public resources and services to its community. Established in 1977, it provides access to books, music, multimedia materials, and digital resources such as eBooks, audiobooks, and streaming services like Hoopla and Freegal. The library is equipped with 11 public computers, laptops, and hotspot kits, along with dedicated computers for children, teens, and early learning. It hosts various programs and activities for all age groups, including early literacy programs, homework help, teen advisory boards, adult workshops on topics like budgeting and digital literacy, and community craft sessions. The library also maintains collections in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, and Spanish. The Diamond Bar Friends of the Library, a volunteer group, supports the library's mission to promote literacy and a love of reading through various initiatives and events. The library is housed in an 18,245-square-foot facility located on the first floor of the City Hall building.
