The American Red Cross will be holding the next two-day blood drive in the Little Falls area at St. Francis Convent on Monday, August 18, 1-7 p.m. and Tuesday, August 19, 12-6 p.m. Have you been wanting to join in giving blood and help save lives? This is a great time. The Red Cross needs any kind of blood donors, but especially Power Red donors who have the blood type of 0-, 0+, B-, or A-. Males whose minimum height is 5’ 1” and weight is at least 130 lbs., or females whose minimum height is 5’ 3” and weight is 150 lbs., are invited to donate. Power Red donors give a concentrated dose of red blood cells and maximize their impact with one donation that helps more patients.
