WDGY Presents: The Beatles 60th Anniversary Celebration! Beatles fans are invited to the former site of Met Stadium, on Sunday, August 17 from 3 – 5 p. m. for a free tribute concert and nostalgic experience, starring renowned Beatles tribute band, A Hard Day’s Night. The 60th anniversary celebration will feature the iconic setlist from the 1965 concert and an original WDGY microphone flag available for photo opportunities. The original concert setlist included such hits as “She’s A Woman,” “I Feel Fine,” “Ticket To Ride,” “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Help!” and “A Hard Day’s Night. ” This event offers a unique chance for fans of all ages to relive a piece of music history.
