Eight Brocades Form, “Ba Duan Jin” also known as the ‘eight bright and precious things’, the ‘eight treasures’, or ‘the eight silken movements’. It is a 15 minute form. It invigorates the upper and lower body as well as all the meridians. When practiced daily, all or in part, it has excellent health benefits. Qi Gong, a movement meditation, has its roots in Chinese Medicine, philosophy, and martial arts. Discover how to coordinate your breath with the elegant moves of The Eight Brocades Form to activate qi, (vital energy). This practice is ideal for building a profound sense of calm while enhancing your stamina, balance, body awareness, and flexibility of mind and body.
