Hi, my name is Jen DeBlase. I am a Zumba Fitness instructor with specialty training in: Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold-Toning. Zumba is a dance fitness class to Latin and worldwide rhythms. Zumba Gold is the same as a Zumba Fitness class with low impact and simpler moves. Aqua Zumba takes the aquatic principles and meshes them with the Zumba format. Zumba Toning is a light weight resistance training dance fitness class. STRONG Nation a music led interval training class. High intensity moves interchanged with low intensity moves using only our own body weight. SPRK Fitness is a weight lifting class to an amazingly fun playlist to keep us moving and lifting. We use 3 sets of weights; light, medium, and heavy all at YOUR ability level. I created this page to promote my love of fitness and the benefits that it offers both mentally and physically.
