Looking for an exciting and educational summer experience for your children? The Berks History Center presents its annual "Junior Historian Camp," perfect for young learners eager to explore the rich history and culture of Berks County. Hosted in the engaging setting of our museum from June 18th-20th, this camp offers children the chance to journey back in time and participate in activities and games once enjoyed by their ancestors. Join us for a summer adventure that combines fun with learning, surrounded by other curious young historians! Each day will allow campers to immerse themselves in different aspects of local history. From colonial to contemporary lifestyles, young historians will gain a deeper appreciation of how Berks County has evolved over time. They'll also have the opportunity to explore our museum's exhibits, participate in scavenger hunts, and even create their own history-inspired projects to take home. Spaces for the Junior Historian Camp are limited to ensure a personalized experience for each participant. Don't miss this chance to ignite your child's curiosity and love for history. Register today to secure their spot in this unforgettable summer program! The cost for camp are as follows: $35 for 1776 Club Members, $55 for Members, and $65 for Non-Members. You will be provided with additional information once you complete the registration process.
