Historic Cove Fort will again be hosting a Live Nativity to celebrate Christ’s Birth this holiday season. Families from Beaver, Fillmore, Kanosh & Monroe will be playing the different parts of the Nativity.
In addition to the Live Nativity, there are other activities; A true Christmas story from the 1860s which happened in southern Utah shared in the old cabin, short Christmas video, Christmas lights, hot cocoa and cookies and the opportunity to enjoy Cove Fort at night by lantern and candlelight.
The new event for this year is a community food drive. Families can bring and donate store-bought canned or boxed food and receive a homemade ornament for their Christmas tree.
The dates are the four evenings from December 19th to 22nd, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The celebration is family-friendly and free. Please come join us to celebrate Christ’s birth and support the local families in need.
