Details:
The Twisted Christmas season kicks off its more sinister holiday mode at Scream Hollow Wicked Halloween Park for four weekends in starting after Thanksgiving. Twisted haunts are open — there are four separate Christmas‑themed haunted attractions. These include versions of the Mansion of Terror and Slaughterhouse, among others. Expect evil elves, rotten snowmen, Krampus lore woven in, and dark versions of classic holiday characters. Every night at 7 p.m. the Krampus Parade kicks off. Krampus travels through the park, bringing the darker folklore alive, interacting with guests and making the evening feel eerie and unpredictable.
There are multiple food and drink options open at night. Places like the Rabid Bat Vampire Bar, hot cocoa, cider, deep‑fried Oreos, funnel cakes, brisket sandwiches, and beer or cider on tap are available. Atmospheric extras include bonfires to gather around, live Christmas music (often with a twisted or dark edge), snow machines, outdoor decorations including many Christmas trees and over 100,000 lights, and multiple unique holiday photo ops (giant fireplace, a 10‑foot elf on a shelf, talking yeti). There’s also holiday shopping with two gift shops, vendors, and oddities for sale. The park has themed bars and cafes open (including bakery items), and spots to warm up or rest.
Activity is best suited for teens and older.
