On Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, A Joyous Christmas, a free community Christmas concert, brings together singers from churches all around the Bastrop, Texas area to come together to form one incredible mass choir at the Jerry Faye Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts. Joined by local musicians and ensembles, they present a free evening of beautiful Christmas music for the whole community to enjoy. Led by Dr. Brad Nix, David McCall, and Artist-in-Residence Joseph Martin, this uplifting concert is sure to fill your heart with holiday cheer! Donations accepted.
The 2025 love offering recipient will be CASA of Bastrop, Fayette & Lee Counties, which provides valuable volunteer advocacy for every child that has experienced abuse or neglect in this area.
