The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host “Rubber Ducky Wednesday” on Wednesdays, July 2, 9, 16 and 23 at 11:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Babies age birth to 35 months and their caregivers are invited to a story time on July 2 and July 16 with books, songs and lap bounces. On July 9 and July 23, join the Library for a play date with toys and books for the babies to enjoy together. This program is part of the 2025 Summer Reading Program.
