The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host “Mini-Zines” for teens entering grades six through twelve on Tuesday, July 1 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Teens can get creative to make their owns “mini-zines,” or small magazines, using the provided art supplies. Part of the 2025 Summer Reading Program.
