Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels.
It is a different experience than active styles of yoga. It is a restful practice where Yoga Poses (asanas) are held for a longer duration with passive support of props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. You will experience slow soft opening of joints and muscles, with a great emphasis on breath and internal reflection. Possible Benefits: Relaxation, reduced stress , better sleep and mood, with consistent practice can strengthen the connective tissues around joints. Dress comfortably and dress a little warmer due to inactivity and cooler weather. You msy want to bring a scarf or eye mask.
