Join instructor Michelle Greenfield for a transformative Hatha yoga class that focuses on the alignment of muscles and bones while opening energy channels in the body, particularly the spine. Designed for all levels, this class emphasizes the balance of strength and flexibility, as well as the importance of breath to calm the mind's fluctuations. Participants will engage in physical exercises (asanas) that foster awareness, relaxation, and vitality, allowing for a deeper presence in each moment.
