In the Quiet Light Begin your week in stillness and intention. Join Ana every Monday at 7:30am at Serenity Roots Studio, starting May 19th, for a gentle and grounding morning yoga practice. This is a multilevel class, open to all—whether you're just beginning or returning to your mat with experience. Variations will be offered throughout, so you can honor your body and meet yourself just as you are. Our time together will weave movement with breath, centering around pranayama, meditation, and contemplative stillness. Why mornings? This early class is a deeply personal offering for Ana: a way to begin the week in service and presence. Ana wakes with the sunrise, take in the quiet light of the day, and comes to the studio to hold space for others to do the same. It’s an invitation to pause before the busyness begins, to nourish your nervous system, and to anchor into a sense of calm and contentment. Through this class, Ana hopes to share the subtle, transformative gifts of yoga, ones that support us in navigating anxiety, stress, or whatever else we may be carrying.
