Enjoy a fun and engaging lecture/performance by professor and composer Dr. Keith Dippre. This presentation will feature the basic functions of the instrument as well as the styles of music for which it is best known. Expect a few surprises, as well!
Dr. Dippre obtained his Doctorate of Musical Arts from The Ohio State University and his compositions have been performed throughout North America. He is the recipient of numerous grants and commissions, and his current publishers are Imagine Music, Renforth Music Publishing, and Ars Nova Press.
